SUPPORT GROUP:
Special Needs Support Group meets every First Thursday of every month beginning with Refreshments & Fellowship starting at 6:00 p.m. in AP-2.  PLEASE NOTE:  The Special Needs Support Group will NOT meet on Thursday, July 3, 2008.
The goal of the Special Needs Ministry is to help each person fulfill the role God has planned for them to help parents discover their children’s gifts and talents.

                                       

 Let our Buddies give you a break!

First Baptist Orlando in partnership with Nathaniel’s Hope “Buddy Break” offers free respite care for parents of kids & adults with special needs (VIP Kids), a break from their on going care-giving responsibilities for three hours on the 3rd Saturday of every month. Buddies are friends to VIPs. Each VIP kid is paired one-on-one with a screened volunteer “Buddy: who has completed a two-hour mandatory Buddy Training 101 program.
